3. NFTs and Digital Ownership

When you purchase a Throttle Kings NFT, you own the underlying digital asset associated with that NFT. However, you do not own the intellectual property rights to the Throttle Kings brand, artwork, designs, logos, or any proprietary technology.
3.2. License Grant
By purchasing a Throttle Kings NFT, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use, display, and resell the NFT for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
Modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the NFT artwork. Use the NFT in any commercial product, advertisement, or third-party project without explicit written permission. Misrepresent or falsely claim affiliation with Throttle Kings.
3.3. No Guarantees of Future Value or Utility
Throttle Kings NFTs are collectible digital assets, and their value may fluctuate based on market demand and external factors. We do not guarantee any financial return, future functionality, resale value, or utility beyond what is expressly stated at the time of purchase.
Purchasing an NFT is a speculative investment, and you assume all risks associated with digital assets, including volatility and loss of value.
4. Risks & Disclaimers
4.1. No Investment Advice
Nothing on the Throttle Kings Platform, website, or social media constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice. You should conduct your own research and consult with qualified professionals before purchasing any NFT or engaging in blockchain-related transactions.
4.2. Blockchain and Smart Contract Risks
Throttle Kings NFTs operate on a blockchain network, which means transactions are irreversible and non-refundable. You acknowledge that:
We do not control the blockchain network (Ethereum or any other network used). Smart contracts may have bugs, security vulnerabilities, or unintended behaviors beyond our control. Loss of access to your wallet (e.g., lost private keys) results in a permanent loss of NFTs, and we cannot restore or recover lost assets.

Cryptocurrency and NFT regulations vary by jurisdiction. Throttle Kings is not responsible for ensuring compliance with your local laws regarding NFT ownership, taxation, or trading restrictions. You are solely responsible for any legal or tax obligations arising from your NFT transactions.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Throttle Kings, its founders, affiliates, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:
Any financial losses, direct or indirect damages, or lost profits arising from the purchase, sale, or use of Throttle Kings NFTs. Any blockchain failures, hacks, smart contract issues, or unauthorized third-party actions affecting NFTs. Any disruptions, service downtime, or website malfunctions beyond our control. Any decisions made by marketplaces, exchanges, or third-party services that impact your ability to trade, transfer, or hold NFTs. By purchasing a Throttle Kings NFT, you agree to waive any claims against Throttle Kings and its team related to financial loss, technical failures, or unforeseen risks associated with blockchain assets.
6. Intellectual Property
Rights The Throttle Kings brand, logos, artwork, designs, and digital content are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any Throttle Kings assets without explicit permission.
NFT ownership does not transfer any intellectual property rights related to Throttle Kings, its brand, or proprietary content.
7. Third-Party Services & Marketplaces
Throttle Kings NFTs may be bought, sold, or traded on third-party marketplaces (e.g., OpenSea, Blur). We do not control or endorse any third-party platforms and are not responsible for their policies, fees, or actions.
You acknowledge that: Transactions conducted on third-party marketplaces are at your own risk. Throttle Kings has no control over pricing, listing decisions, or third-party terms of service. Any disputes regarding NFT transactions on external platforms must be resolved directly with those platforms.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in: Fraudulent activity (including phishing, scams, or impersonation of Throttle Kings). Manipulation of NFT prices through wash trading or artificial demand. Use of Throttle Kings NFTs for illegal or unauthorized purposes. Hate speech, harassment, or offensive behavior in our community spaces. Violation of these Terms may result in restriction of access to Throttle Kings services and community platforms.
9. Termination & Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to any Throttle Kings NFT or service if we determine a user is violating these Terms or engaging in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful behavior.
Throttle Kings may modify these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review updates regularly. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
